Jim Latsis, Denver native and principal of Latsis Custom Homes, LLC, has built custom homes since 1995. Jim manages the building process from concept to completion and is our leader. Jim’s passion is to create a home that recalls the craftsmanship and fine detail characteristic of older homes while providing a modern high-tech infrastructure to support today’s working and living styles. Joining the building industry from a career in management and engineering in high-tech environments, Jim brings a unique skill set to the business. He has technical knowledge of the construction process and the components that comprise a home. He’s a master of scheduling and ensures all phases occur as required. Jim’s mission is to provide such a high level of quality in our homes that Latsis customers can truly see the difference.
Kathryn Latsis
Working as Jim’s partner, Kathryn Latsis has supported the client and operations needs of Latsis Custom Homes, LLC since its inception. Kathryn brings 10 years of project management experience to the business and enjoys using those skills to “produce tangible results”. Kathryn cares for the customers’ needs, works with the subcontractors, and manages the office functions. She is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado. Coming from a career in professional services, Kathryn enjoys the excitement of the building industry: “you feel such a sense of accomplishment at the end of a home project. Unlike any other field, you can see the efforts of your labor in this beautiful structure that you can see and touch”.
