The Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver presents these awards to the outstanding building, architecture and interior design professionals for their work on residential remodel projects and new construction.

Latsis Custom Homes and Godden Sudik Architects won the CARE award in the “Whole House Remodel” category for seamless integration of an addition and renovation at the Willis Residence in Hilltop. Latsis Custom Homes and Godden Sudik Architects added to their success with a win in the “Best Architectural Design of a Custom Home – under 5,000 sq. ft.” for the home at 83 Magnolia Way in Lowry Boulevard One.

At the awards banquet, Jim Latsis thanked the Godden Sudik team for their innovative design and teamwork. Jim also thanked the homeowners for their participation in the process and their beautiful interior design aesthetic. Both homes were decorated exclusively by the homeowners.”
